What is a Pre-Listing Home Appraisal and why do I need one? A Pre-Listing Home Appraisal is completed prior to listing a home for sale. Its purpose is to provide a professional unbiased opinion of value to help set a market-based list price. It can also help provide evidentiary support when counteroffers are deemed to be below current market value.
* The appraisal includes a standard floor plan only. Enhanced or detailed floor plans are available as an upgrade below.
